I would love to quit smoking, but it's hard!! I can't see to find that motivation!

I have tried to quit several times but just cannot seem to quit forever.Either I gain weight or get extrememly _itchy.which is bad for the people around me.I would love to quit forever.

I know quite a few people that want to quit smoking and most of them work at a hospital.

Hubby has been using the gum for about 3 weeks and working on quitting outright this week. We all very proud but trying not to overly pressurize him and endanger his small wins every day!

I quit last year for 4 months and stated back up again which was dumb. Now I need to try and quit again.

I quit smoking when I found out I was pregnant, and then I started back after I stopped breastfeeding. I think at the time it felt like the only "me" thing I could do by myself when I could steal a second alone. My son is now 15 months old, and even though I don't smoke in the house or anywhere around him, I still feel it's important I stop now...for his sake and mine.

I have friend who says she really wants to. I wish she would, I know it would be so much better for her health...not to mention save her some money! She says she will someday.....

Both of my grown daughters smoke and it just kills me...I nag them about..but it doesn't do anygood
