Do you plan to watch the Olympics this summer?

In August the 2008 Olympics will begin in Beijing. Beijing has been preparing for these Olympic games, developing its stadiums, cities and commerce for several years.

Years ago, it seemed that many waited with great excitement and anticipation of the Olympic games. So, as the 2008 Games grow closer, we are curious, do you plan to watch the games this summer?

Yes- but not as interested as usual (28.7%)

Yes- can't wait! (40.7%)

No (11.8%)

Not sure- depends on what else is on (18.7%)

    I usually watch a select few categories in the Olympics. My favorite of course, is Track & Field. I will for sure watch that, i'm not sure if i'll watch any of the other events yet, pretty much depends on if i'll be doing anything else or if something else is on television that gains my interest more.

    I'll be watching. I'm mostly looking forward to the opening and closing ceremony!!

    I loved watching the Olympics on t.v. as a child. I always enjoyed the gymnastics. There was always something fascinating about the floor events and the guys on the rings :)

    Now that I'm grown up, life doesn't permit me to have unlimited access to the t.v. That right has been reserved by my 8 year old :)

    I do not watch mcuh T.V. I have also never been much for the Olympics. So chances are I will not watch this year either. I do however wish the U.S. Teams well..

    I admire the athletes for the huge commitment they make to their sport. And although I love to see the USA get the gold, it's fun to see it when another country get their 1st gold. The joy on an athletes face is priceless no matter what country he/she is from.

    My family is not usually into sports watching, but we all love the Olympics, even our little daughter! I'm sure we will tune it to as much of as we can!
