Do you plan to watch the Olympics this summer?

In August the 2008 Olympics will begin in Beijing. Beijing has been preparing for these Olympic games, developing its stadiums, cities and commerce for several years.

Years ago, it seemed that many waited with great excitement and anticipation of the Olympic games. So, as the 2008 Games grow closer, we are curious, do you plan to watch the games this summer?

Yes- but not as interested as usual (28.7%)

Yes- can't wait! (40.7%)

No (11.8%)

Not sure- depends on what else is on (18.7%)

    I just love the summer games. I really love the opening ceremony, watching all the athlitcs from various countries, come into the stadium.

    I wish they would broadcast more of the other gymnastics competitions, rhythmic gymnastics.

    Now that i am retired, i can't wait to watch the summer games, especially the basketball with coach K.... Go DUKE !!!!!!!!!

    I only have ABC and PBS channels via our "bunny ears", so no Olympics for us!

    We don't watch TV at our house, but we'll try and catch some of the Olympics at friends' and family's houses.

    I prefer the Winter Olymics, really - I will watch the gymnastics and the tennis for Roger Federer, but that's about it.

    I think that the Olympics are relatively boring as are most sports to watch. I have no interest in watching them other than perhaps the opening ceremonies. I would watch them basically if nothing better was on TV.

    I never watch the olympics. I'm actually gald China is finally hosting them. I just think they're totally boring.
