How do you normally get your exercise?

We all have such busy and hectic lives. It seems to get harder and harder to find time to exercise at all. Busy women seem to find exercise regimens that work around their days. Some of us make regular training a priority and others get in exercise whenever we can. Regardless, many women note that their exercise time is essential to a basic healthy lifestyle. These women point to clearer thinking, better attitudes and healthier sleeping and eating habits as a benefit to exercise.

I live on a large farm and try to walk at least a mile per day. This is over and above doing all the daily chores the farm requires.

My son just learned to ride his bike so now I have a biking partner. He is ready to go daily as soon as he climbs off of the bus.

I get my exercise walking in the evenings with friends. It's a nice way to unwind, and stay close with friends. Also I ride 2-3 times a week (horseback).

I just turned 40 and I feel great! I walk a lot and feel that it is beneficial to my overall health. My downfall is sugar. I have tried stevia, but that will take some time to get used to. I have lost a couple of pounds by walking and cutting down on sugar. I will continue to embrace 40 and walk to good health.

I joined the YMCA which helps me to stay motivated in running, weights, and yoga. I really love all the varieties of classes.

I am a sahm with a home daycare...I use my lunch hour -- since my daugther is home during her college classes --- and I walk 2 to 3 miles per day with a good friend of mine. NOt only does this give me my exercise but I also get a little "adult" and "self" time. That makes a difference in how I feel thru out my whole day.

I've been using my stationary bike for years. (I was lucky and got it when I was working and had a fall. Work comp paid for it instead of PT.)I ride between 5-20 miles per day, depending on what's going on that day. Easy for me to do..kids grown and gone and I'm retired.
