It's hard to find time to exercise in our busy days, but it's still very important! Whether you exercise regularly or not, what's your favorite thing to do to get your heart pumping?
Cardio at the gym on a machine (15.3%)

I have a 4- year old and we try to exercise together. It's fun and we get to "play" and at the same time we are toning.
The endorphins are worth the pain,.. Fitting into my skinny jeans is also a slight motivator. Ha!
EXERCISE IS FUN !!!!
Whenever I exercise, I don't feel guilty when I have an unhealthy snack.
It is very hard getting motivated and god knows there are days that I do not want to go - but I try to make it to the gym at least twice (hopefully three) times a week. I used to do the entire circuit and now am limited a bit due to back pain. I have kept up the cardio and stretching with light weights when possible. Plus we always take a 2 1/2 hour walk on the weekends. I do notice when I don't get the exercise and it always make me feel better in myself when I do it.
I feel so much better when I do exercise, but since I'm an expert at procrastination, I rarely do it
working out is very important we need it to stay healthy and fit. theres no excuse to not work out you always have time instead of watchinga tv show and sitting on the couch you should grab you yoga matt and your palates ball and work out while watching tv with your kids or husband. and its always great to have a partner get your kids involved or hour best friend or husband.
I enjoy taking classes at the gym. When you hook up with other ladies that love to sweat it becomes addicting.
I know I should exercise more but I can find a million excuses why I can't go to the gym that day. I am going to make a much better effort to exercise
I walk a mile in the morning ,it makes the day better.
