National Chili Day celebrates the different variations of chili.  Rumor has it that Elizabeth Taylor had chili shipped to her in Rome while filming Cleopatra!  What is your favorite chili?  Do you have a favorite recipe? Please tell us, we want to know

    i love chili too! especially turkey chili. i get the one from trader joes that comes in the can, it's good!

    Absolutely!!!! I love making chili...especially on such a chilly day!! I can't eat kidney beans, so I dice up zuchinni, yellow squash, onions and red peppers, add some pan roasted corn, diced tomatoes and BEER!!!! It is so yummy; top it with some grated cheese and sour cream and I am in heaven!

    I didn't even know there was a chili day till now. But I will not celebrate it. But I do make it with dinner once in a while.
