LEAVE THE MAN ALONE !!!He cheated on his wife not us.Why do we feel he should have to apologize to us in the first place. It is the parents responsibility to teach our kids and be their role models not him. I f everytime we screwed up we had cameras and the world watching we would probably also have someone else write our speeches for us. We all should learn from our mistakes and remember that we all are not perfect. This is between him and his wife. We should start looking at our homes and worry less about what happens in other peoples.

I just read thru some of the comments and noticed the theme that he is a role model to kids and he did not seem to be sincere in his apology. First of all he is a role model for kids who want to play golf what he did off the links is his business. His cheating has nothing to do with his Golf game. Why should he be sncere in apologizing to us when we were all sitting on our high horses watching him. We should be the role models are kids look up to not someone on TV.

I think he's a cold fish. His whole personna was lacking en emotion and certainly not remorseful. I think his apology was addressed to his corporate sponsors and the golfing world and I doubt he will change. You have to want to change in order to accomplish it.

I think anyone who cheats or hurts others don't have remorse most of the time. What He did was wrong. What about all the others from political ,pasters you name it you don't here as much about them as this. I hope he can fix what happened with his family.

I am actually tired of the entire Tiger Woods episdode. This is a matter between him and his wife. For some reason because someone is a talented sports star, actor or singer, people expect that person to be a role model. However, these are people just like you and me who have faults and failings as well as talent. Just as Tiger may be a good golfer, you or your neighbor may be a good gardener, baker, handy person or great at your profession. We all use our talents as we should but some are paid more money for what some think is more worthy. Some of these people are only "images" of what Madison Ave wants us to see and not even the "real person". Children should be taught to look at people close to them especially their parents for a moral compass not someone who has no relationship with them. Look at these "stars" only for guidance on how to better your talent not how to be a better "person".

I Honestly Feel that Everyone Needs To Leave This Situation Alone! It's Nobodys Business What he Did Or With Who He Did It With. It Did Not Affect His Carrer Or Proformence So Why Does Anyone Care!

I really don't care about the whole thing. He made a mistake and his apology to his family should have been private. The only good thing he did was apologize for his behavior to his fans and the kids that look up to him. In my opinion, it will be a long road back for him.

What he does in private is HIS business, it has NOTHING to do with his Golfing career and people should mind their own business! Oh, and I'm also sick of hearing about it!

Tiger woods is another useless male who cheated on his wife amongst other things and got busted. Getting caught is the only thing he's sorry for. Living in the spotlight as a celebrity makes your business fair game, it's a part of the lifestyle and you dont get to pick and chose what gets out to the public. He knew damn well what he was doing was wrong when he was doing it and he chose to continue over and over again with his many affairs. This wasnt any mistake, a mistake would have been he slept with one woman once or twice and came to his senses and he and his wife hash it out, not numerous woman over the course of a few years. He impregnated one of them twice, which means he was having unprotected sex as well - his poor wife! Who knows what she's been exposed to! I hope she takes him for every cent she can get and in the meantime I hope Tiger gets dropped from all his endorsements and breaks his hand so he cant ever play golf again. Loser!!

the senserety of his appology is certainly questionable as a friend of mine told me she took a research poll before and after his apology making me think his pr people were hoping it would smooth over puplic opinion and thus get his sponcers back. it seems to me that he owes his appology to his family and it should be personal, private and heartfelt NOT THAT ROBOTIC PUPLIC PRESS OP HE CHOSE.
