I have T-Mobile and I am very happy with the service and fees. I had AT&T before and the quality of calls was poor and the notification of voice mails was always hours behind. It is night and day when it comes to service in my area and the quality of the calls with T-Mobile.

I have Tracfone-pay as you go- and I've never had a problem with dropped calls or anything. My only complaint with them is their customer service- they are really hard to communicate with.

I use Virgin Mobile pay as you go for over five years now. Been pretty happy with it, though I have to say that this past year they've gone up on text cost. Their customer service use to be great, but my daughter, who uses the same service bought one of their rechargable cards, that you take back to the same store each time you need to top up and once the cashier scans it and you pay the cashier, your phone is automatically topped up. For some reason back a few months ago, she wasn't topped up. After contacting Virgin Mobile CS several times with no luck, we went to the store that the rechargable card was purchased from and their Customer Service called Virgin Mobiles customer service and after 45 minutes on the phone, they credited her her minutes she had bought, plus gave her bonus minutes for the inconvience.

I love my phone but the providers are lame and there fees for everything is so on called for.. If you go over your min. the fees are crazy and I only did it once. They also claim to have service all over and every where but its not true there are certain parts of town or even in some of my familys homes that I can not get service.

I love AT&T. Great coverage in MO, where I live, awesome customer service, great selection of phones and I get a discount for using them because I am in NEA (teacher's organization). No complaints.
