Facebook and MySpace are the two most popular social networking websites in the U.S., but everyone tends to have a favorite that they visit more often. 

Which do you prefer, and why?  Has your preference changed over the past year?  If so, why did you switch from one social networking site to another?

    Myspace is just to darn slow.

    I got 2 viruses from myspace. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. So I got rid of my Myspace.

    Facebook is much easier to use. Most of my friends are on it. Love keeping in touch with old friends and new as well as family.

    I can find people easy on Facebook had a myspace for a couple of years and never have been able to find the amount of people I have on Facebook

    Facebook seems to be the place where I can connect with old friends from the past. I think it is for more mature people. Myspace seems like an older site.

    myspace is old news. it is too kid-ish. it seems to be geared towards teens. the layout is hardly ever updated. there is too much phishing and spamming, too many bulletins.... it is kinda lame. plus, almost everyone has a facebook.

    Most of my friends ar eon there & it seems mostly kids are using Myspace.

    Way More of my friends use Facebook. Myspace has lots more issues that I get tired of dealing with. You can also socialize easier on Facebook, maybe because EVERYTHING you do is on blast. But for some reason more people are more open to socialize on Facebook then on Myspace that I've noticed.
