Have you started to use Twitter?

It seems that Ashton Kutcher and Oprah now each have well over 1,000,000 people following them on Twitter!  Twitter seems to be increasing in popularity and we were curious about how many SheSpeaks members have started to use Twitter?

    Yes, It's really fun and you can communicate with people around the world. I love their format. You can said whatever you want in 140 caracters or less.

    There's no need for anyone to know what I'm doing 24/7 vice versa. It just goes to show how many people don't truely understand the art of real conversation anymore, and goes to show how many people feel the need to participate in a gossip/media fueled social network.

    I agree that it's an invasion of privacy...and so many people post pictures of their kids for anyone to see. Tend to be a little more protective of them. Not planning on using it anytime in the near future....if someone wants to bbm, text or e-mail me to stay in touch, it's cool....a phone call would suffice as well.

    I've been thinking about it but am waiting to see what some of my friends who signed up think of it. No fun to sign up if there not going to continue usinging it which was a problem I encountered with myspace.

    I've been on it for ever it seems, definitely over a year. I love it, I've gotten some great music suggestions, book suggestions. I've made friends - ITS AWESOME. You just have to remember you don't have to follow everything and use Tweetdeck. Its so much better. find me @dijea

    I started using Twitter on my phone, I hated it. All the time I would get a tone saying I have a message and it would be a twitter update! I got very annoyed with it and decided I did not really care what people were doing?

    Just started using it although I have been signed up. It's ok....I think mostly for teenagers though.

    I love using twitter. At first I wasn't sure how it all worked and it kinda confused me, but it dosent take long to figure it out.
