My husband has tried to quit several times. Each time he has managed to stay smoke free only for a couple of months, then goes right back to the same old routine. He has tried all kinds of products, none which has helped. I hope he can find something that helps him kick this habit before its too late. Unfortunately two of his uncles succommed to lung cancer.

I quit for 5 months recently. Stress kills and so does smoking. I have tried everything and nothing has worked for me to make me quit for good! I wish I could find something. Of course, it does not help that my husband also smokes and does not want to quit.

I know people who smoke but they have NO interest in quitting.

My hubby is currently trying to quit smoking. Some days seem to be better than others. I quit 5.5 years ago. For me I was able to just put them down and walk away.

My dad used to smoke 20 + years ago but once he stopped, he stopped for good. He now has breathing problems. No one I am close with smoke.

My husband has smoked for 15+ years. He is only 32! He has quit atleast a hand full of times since we've been married (8 years) and has always gone back. He is talking about quitting again. I hope he is successful this time.

I would love to be able to quit. I hate cigaretts. They tast and smell disgusting and they are getting way to expensive. I have been smoking 21 years and I am ready to quit but it isn't so easy
