I think he is making efforts to do a good job. I do not agree with giving more money to the banks and think that is an old model. That system is broken and attempting to fix it again is not helping the many people out there who really need it. Having friends affected by the banking, mortgage and financial areas, I have heard first hand how banks are not helping people. I think one idea would be for people in the White House to get on the phone and be one of the people attempting to get their loans modified before they default and see that the banks are not helping. That is just one idea and some of my thoughts on the financial challenges these times are presenting.

I never thought America would become a socialist republic, so I don't guess I think he's doing so well. Maybe in another country he'd be revered.

I believe it'll get worse, but then it'll get better. President Obama has a lot on his hands, and I think it is far too early to tell, but in such an economic crisis, you can only try to think positive, have faith - believe, believe, believe...

Leaders have to make decisions that not everyone agrees with. President Obama is making decisions, the great majority which I agree with, to improve the mess in our country which to a large extent he did NOT create. Americans have to work, and not just for minimum wage. Many problems disappear when people are gainfully employed and contributing to society. Also, trickle down economics has not worked.

It takes this whole congress, and goverment people to get this country out of the hole we now find ourselves. Obama hasn't changed what he wants to do, it just seems a shame that people he expected to help changed their minds, or else didn't do what the rest of us do. pay taxes. I mean I wonder now how many congressman and house file their taxes properly. I think we need a major reform of government and if burning down the forest will provide rebirth than lets burn it. Obama is doing a great job. give him a chance.

I think he's doing a good job at getting started on what he promised he'd do. It will only take time to see if he will follow thru, but he is absolutely the best choice for president.

So far ive seen that president obama has taken alot of actions and i havent seen the outcome of thouse plans but im not expecting to see any results yet. I'll give the man a year see what changes in this terrible crisis.
