Friends, Exercise, Eating - even meditating all pale in comparison to taking your dog out for a walk Unconditional love & walkies are the best medicine.
For me, it all depends on the situation. I usually vent to someone who can give me advice or just there to listen.
The thing that helps me most when I am stressed is doing Pilates. I feel so relaxed and calm after doing just 20 minutes of it. I always try to work out when the kids are napping.
Reading, I just chill and read.
I usually talk to my husband or friends but sometimes chocolate is all that helps :)
Comfort food! But exercising works great for later!
Praying about it and talking to my husband always helps me.
taking a good nap helps me--under the covers with my cat for a couple hours, then trying to figure out what I am stressed about and fix it.
