I've done pretty well in the past. Last year I resolved to be more organized around the house, and I have definitley achieved that goal! Not sure about this coming year...maybe excercising more often.

This year I'm going to LOOSE WEIGHT. I've never had to worry about it in the past but after having children it's time to start getting healthy.

This year I'm making a commitment to myself to find a new job. One that doesn't demean employees into believing they are worse than they are just to save a buck on a raise.

i can't be bothered to make New Year's resolutions...instead, I try to make resolutions throughout the year to have a better attitude, etc. I try to tell myself that there's no excuse to wait until New Years to improve something in my life!

I am in the gym 5-6 days a week, swimming laps, weight lifting (as much as men) and cardio and have done this for over 3 and 1/2 years. I take vitamins and eat healthy when I am not in a rush to go through the local fast food restaurants. I do limit how often I do this. My goal is to get rid of STRESS. Stress is a cause of weight gain I am told and not, just the eating part of it.
