It is just down to the bare essintials for me and my family. We only buy what we need and dont have much extra for anything else. With 4 children, even the barest essintials are a lot to handle!

I will be spending only the necessities in life due to the economy. I had lost my job in 2006 and still trying to recover.

What money? I've been laid off, they're threatening to take my car, and I can't even afford bus fare, right now. Where's my $700 billion bailout?

I'd settle for $7, at this point.

I will be spending less everywhere, but Ihaven't been able to afford the other stiuff for a while so I will have to cut back at walmart since that is where i do alot of my household goods shopping. Guess i will have to stay out of the clearnace becaue ei often buy something I did not need just because it was too good a deal.

I will be losing my job at the end of this year. I am not entiled to a full pension and not old enough to get S.S. Things will be tight as my income will drop to 25% of my former pay. I will not sacrifice my food budget but I can stretch a Dollar by using coupons & rebates. I always check for free offers and samples in papers, magazines & online. My daughter told me about Shespeaks and I'm truly interested in what is offered. I became a Grandmom in Jan. so I am interested in Baby Info, as I will help by Babysitting. My dog is getting old but he is my best friend and companion. I like to travel so I'm checking airlines for Website specials.

In the past I have been know to make purchases because they were on sale and such a good deal but now I am focusing on needs not wants. I am also using a grocery list to shop based on a menu prepared for the week so as not to over spend at the market

I will try to plan my meals better and buy what I need at the food store and try to get things like baggies, and nonfood items at dollar stores if I can. have to plan around the gas crunch, but feel that I never needed to bother, now coupons, and planning are more important than ever. (Cats will be getting a few less treats at night too!)
