If you have kids that have already been to kindergarten, at what age did they start going?  How did you make that decision?

    I think children need to start school as soon as possible. They're little sponges and need to retain as much information as possible. No offense to parents out there, but I think if parents had the freedom to put their children in school when they think they're ready, some children wouldn't go to school until later.

    I feel it should be up to parents to tell teachers of how well the child is at the learning levels. I guess it would be up to teachers and parents to agree on what level your child is at.
