It's hard to find time to exercise in our busy days, but it's still very important! Whether you exercise regularly or not, what's your favorite thing to do to get your heart pumping?
Cardio at the gym on a machine (15.3%)

I certainly noticed that I feel so much better if I take a few minutes and exercise-I really dread the buildup but the payoff is great!
I started walking in april now i ride my bike walk and do some water arobics 1 leads to the next... Lost almost 50 lbs so far, I guess anything helps
I love to ride my bike-all by myself!
My daughters are on my gym membership so I have two motivators to go to the gym. Plus I feel so much better after working out, sweating out the toxins. I am hypothyroid so if I don't exercise at least 5 days a week, the lbs creep up on me.
exercise? who has time. With three kids & three dogs my day is non-stop.
I enjoy outdoor activity the most because it feels like I'm sneaking in the exercise and that makes it more fun.
I didn't like how they didn't have dance as an option. I like lifting weights and I'll do cardio if I need to but I like to dance best!
I love to walk when the weather is nice. I can't fit in an hour at a time so I try to break it up in two or three walks. Do you think thats doing me any good??
I love exercising but it's hard to keep it up.... :)
My big thing in walking. I walk almost everywhere. That's the best!
