What's your favorite gadget/ piece of technology?

These days it seems impossible NOT to be connected. There are so many gadgets and new forms of communicating and staying in touch that it is hard to keep up! What’s your favorite item of technology? Is there one that you woud have a really difficult time living without?

    I really love my Blackberry! It is a digital camera, phone, mp3 player, mp4 player, personal assistant, travel office ... it keeps me connected to all aspects of my life wherever I go!

    Our internet just came back up after the modem was fried by lightning. I feel so behind with things without my computer, although thankfully, I have a smart phone, so I could be semiconnected!

    I'd be lost without my laptop.I have a mini laptop for recipes.If I find one I like while browsing I send it to my e-mail I use on that laptop and save it to file. Saves ink and paper.

    My phone can act as just about all of these. It is my calendar (mutliple for me, family, etc), tv for when we are out and the little one has to be entertained, computer (check email, send email, browse online, etc., and my phone. It can also take pictures, video, and much much more. I LOVE my Palm Pre.
