I've watched the show, but never seen the movies (I keep forgetting to get it). I love all of them, but mostly Carrie and Samantha.

Charlotte is the only "normal" one to me. Carrie was interesting when i was in my 20s when the show was "live" but now that I'm almost 40 - and the Carrie character is over 40 - her immaturity is embarassing to me. Even on Today Show, SJP said Carrie likes to initiate drama, and it's true and so immature. She needs to grow up BIG time. (haha play on words..."BIG", get it!) Everyone needs a friend like Samantha who pushes the envelope. Miranda was too unforgiving for most of the series, so hopefully she's softened a little more over the years.

I love Samantha. She is a woman who is not afraid of being a woman. She is outgoing and fun. I wish I could be a Sex in the city woman!

Sometimes I can relate to Carrie's problems and I like how when watching the show/movies, its her talking. I get so into it because its coming from her point of view and the things she does is something that I would totally do or how I would act :)
