i only heard about national chili day recently. this will be our first time celebrating it! but my family (even the kids) love chili! i have a great organic recipe if anyone would like to know!

chili is good once in a while and it has got to be spicy. but i don't know if i am going to feel like eating it on chili day. I didn't even know there was such a day till a few mins. ago.

Now that I know it, I can celebrate it. Actually I am dieting and I can have chili but don't make it that often because it's not a hit with the kids, but what the heck it's on my my menu for thursday!
