    I take a simple bottle of water after a workout. I'm not so interested in it's looks or advertising, I just want simple water without all the fuss.

    i like the propel water if i should happen to have not drank it all during the workout breaks but plain water is great too. I like the idea of putting fruit in a bottle of water as well thanks for the idea!!!
