It is very important to me for a company to be trustworthy in advertising their products and to know they stand behind their products....

If I found out a company was being dishonest in their production or unethical in any way, I would not support them by buying or using their products. I have had some very good experiences with large companies standing behind their products, it makes me much more likely to continue and seek out their product lines.

If I found out that a company were testing on animals or such,I would be against purchasing from them.

I feel that if a company has stood behind their products in the past and one mistake happens i would be willing to give them a second chance. But I do look at their track record in how they have dealt with correcting or handling the situation going forward.

I look for quality in a product. I will not use a product if it is tested on animals, I believe in using offbrands if they work the same as the name brand. Aren't we all trying to save a dollar in this economy.

These days price is my number one consideration. After that comes quality. If the quality is no there I won't buy the product again.

I want quality and a reasonable price in the product or service that I choose to use. I want good customer service (something which is hard to find these days). I also want the company to be responsible and a good and valued member of the community.
