The recession has had many of us pinching our pennies.   A dollar has to stretch farther than ever before.  With so many watching their budgets, we were curious to hear if you were making any changes to your activities?

    I've been going out more. You don't know what you'll find some times they give away free stuff or some other great stuff!

    Staying home more. We are saving money but also spending more time together as a family. Maybe a blessing in disguise!!

    i spend a lot less than i used to.

    I've found more projects to work on around the house.Gas costs to much nowadays to be out and about.

    We stay home way more than we did before. I also cook at home more. We spend more "family time" together.

    my family has been looking for different adventures to do right in our own neighborhood. Lots of playing in the backyard and more cookouts.

    i definitly stay around the house more & my garden never looked so good. I just wish they would have better TV shows on as for renting movies is not in my budget

    I have taken the initiative to find and take advantage of alot of free adventures...museums, parks on certain days, and there are so many places to go that you only pay the admission per car...if you take 2 couples and a picnic it turns into a lot of fun for a little price.
