I always lean towards God and pray!!!!!!! My husband is also great to talk with; very supportive!!!
I talk to friends and family. Even vent sometimes and just tell them about my day. Its not always easy being a stay at home mom of 5. So you need to have a few people you can talk to.
Pray, pray, pray and seek wisdom about my situation.

I have different friends I call for different kinds of stress. My grown children are a great comfort to me although when I talk to them I don't always talk about what is stressing me but just talking to them makes me feel better. I also like to talk to my 5 and 7 yr old grandchildren.
I stress over my size. I am loosing weight though
I also enjoy putting my head under the covers with my cpap on and taking a nap.

im 400 pds and loosing weight on the holly wolld diet i lose 20-30 pds a week
