But, did you know some people using honey as a healing agent, or to help with seasonal allergies? According to the United States National Honey Board there are tremendous benefits to honey that most of us are not aware of.

About a year ago, I decided that I wanted to cut out sugar. I switched to honey in my tea. I love it. I won't go back to sugar. I like that it is more natural and better for me. I need to remember to use it in the winter for coughs and sore throat.
We already purchase honey regularly, but I would love to know more about different uses for it.

i just love honey every time we hade sore throat my mom wuld mix honney with fresh lemon juice so we could eat like one tbsp and we would fill better honey is good and i use the same method with my kids now
Coincidentally, I made a honey-mustard spread for my salmon just last night. It was delicious. I would love to use it in more recipes, but I don't have any other ideas. I would love some more (easy) recipes - I love honey!
I love honey. When I was in Mexico, my husband would bring it fresh from going honey hunting. Its delicous with the wax. Its also great for home-remedies and as a sweetener
