Every year, I resolve to lose weight. It never seems to happen!
This year, my resolution will be to get healthy. I have a young family and want to be healthy for them!
This year I am going to try and start eatting healthy.I also have a young family and I want to set a good example for them.I tend to start a new diet and sometimes I cheat.I have found that alot of diets are really nasty. The one I did enjoy was the South beach diet.It actually tast really good.It doesnt taste like card board like the other ones I have tried.
The New Year shouldn't be the only reason to make improvements and change the way you live or think. Making that "Resolution" for me is not going to happen - if I want something to happen in my life I do everything possible to make it so and I live with no regrets and at least know I'm out there trying!
I have found that making a New Year's resolution, in most cases, is like setting yourself up for failure. That being said, for about 20 years now, I have just resolved to meet each challenge that is presented throughout the year with a strong determination to give it my utmost attention and take the actions necessary to overcome the challenge and move on to the next. That way I can always say I gave it my best effort and I have honestly tried.
gonna do the lose weight and take more time for me next year.
Go to bed earlier and get more needed sleep.....make that beauty sleep.
This year it is to try not to bicker so much with my spouse. I hope it works we will try hard.
My husband & I both started losing weight and eating healthier last year and hopefully will continue into 2009. This New Years my resolution is to get more organized!
I'm focusing more on being healthy, rather than losing weight! Over the years of yo-yo dieting, I've finally learned that it doesn't work. I'm now more concerned about eating healthy food, getting enough sleep, and exercising three times a week.
