I usually get an 8 hour sleep but sometimes due to extra work at office I get less than 6 hours sleep. However, whenever that happens, I make it a point to take an afternoon nap the following day.

It's difficult for me to sleep. I suffer from chemo related insomnia. Melatonin helps some nights but when I get pain it's not a good night.

I have my moments when I sleep. But whwn I dont is cause I can't sleep due to stress or just too much on my plate as too bills and the kids and being a single mother of 3 its hard. Lost their father last year so its harder to sleep now cause hes not there anymore with me.
