I hate how it seems that almost every statement has an EOB beside it for at least one member of my family. They already know the explanation of benefits! They get this information once a year but it still doesn't seem to be enough!!

i have kaiser, i really like that i don't have to wait to get a referal and that everything is in house, i like to b able to ask questions to my doctor using e-mail

I like the case management nurse that is available to you so you can ask questions about your health.

I like being able to choose which Doctor I see without having to ask for permission.....plus all billing is handled with accuracy and the carrier provides an EOB that can be clearly read. We have BCBS.

I finally got decent insurance after being with a company for 6 months BCBS. My hubby goes and has minor surgery and the first thing i get from them is a verification paper, wanting me to verify that he is my husband. Ugghhh its like they don't want to pay what I am paying them for.

I have BCBS - I haven't had any major problems with them except for one issue with some blood work i had done where the diagnostic bill and their bill don't match. The insurance companies and the doctors need to all use the same billing and procedure codes. Sometimes i think that they are trying to confuse everyone on purpose!
