    I have alot of health issues that would benefits of my losing weight.

    I have tried in the past to diet and have failed.... i seriously need some motivation! I am not happy when i see my reflection yet i cant stick to any diet plan! UGHHH

    I have got to be real about losing weight this year. I want to, I need to. Now if I can just convince myself I do not need to eat the wrong foods I might just succeed.

    I know its for the health but man I am tired of buying cloths... I need to get with the program.. because right now I am losing the battle...

    I have a history of heart disease in my family. My dad recently passed away from a heart attack and that woke me up. I want to be around for my kids!

    My health is the most important reason to lose weight and "diet". But rather than dieting, I need to change my current bad eating habits...

    I think I look good at any weight, but it would help my health very much. I worry because I am an overweight person and would love to stay around so I can see my daughter to graduate, get married etc.

    I just need to lose weight, I will feel better, cause right now, I do not feel good, I'm too heavy

    I also think if I lost weight I would have less health issues that I am having.
