They become a bit embarrassing when you are with your mate...although he says hes not paying attention, I think he is...can they be hidden some way?

Not in my opinion...maybe with lingerie? They are just life scars....no big deal. My are not small either but I accept how I got them and the only time they really may bug me is when I'm in a bathing suit.....but everybody has something.

I'm bothered by them. I first got them in my 20"s when I lost a lot of weight. Then I got more when I got pregnant with our daughter. I hate them! Ugh!

I am very much concerned about stretch marks because I have stretch marks in areas that are visible when wearing sleeveless, tank tops or low-cut shirts. It's really an embarrassing thing for me and I would prefer not to have them. I would love to share successful remedies and or solutions with others of how to lessen the appearance of stretch marks.

I have them all over my belly due to having two children. I was so bummed because both my mom and sister didn't get them with their pregnancies. I kept well hydrated and put lotion on every day and I still got them. I just had my second daughter 4 months ago and am working on loosing the belly fat but I don't think I'll ever wear a bikini due to the ugly stretch marks.

I believe stretch marks are part of living. No one is perfect and we all have our flaws they mark all of us unique.

Stretch marks sometimes make me feel very self conscious, but I have found a few ways to rid them, and give me a lot more confidence. I've tried the "special" lotions, gels, creams, body wraps, etc. but the stretch marks didn't improve much. Exercising was/is the most effective way to lessen the appearance of stretch marks and tightened the skin as well. I took pictures of myself through this entire process. If you look at the "after" photo, you would never believe that the person in the "before" photo was me :)

I didn't get a ton with either of my kids, but I am ok with having them. They remind me everyday of how wonderful my kids are.
