We are making our tradtional sides plus family favorites and a variery of desserts since we have almost all the family this year.
We usually end up making around 7-9 dishes (sides & turkey) plus lots of different desserts too :P
I am just thankful to be with my family and friends and eat anything together, its not about the food...
we make lots of dishes..plus i ve my family memebrs to help me too..so its all about getting together n cooking together too:)
I won't be going home (North Carolina) this year for Thanksgiving, so it's just a small group of friends... not as much food to cook, other people bringing favorite items which will be a treat. I'm making cornbread pudding and chocolate cherry cobbler... mmmm :) My mom would make pecan pie and pumpkin pie, traditionally, but not many people I know would eat them if I made them. Happy Thanksgiving all! :)
Thanksgiving this year is going to be just my boyfriend and I this year due to the winter weather we are expected to get... but it will still be great!
I am thankful for my healthy son and husband and also for the "true" friends that I have.
My mother in law always go way above anything. We will have a large thanksgiving.
My little girl got sick so I'm staying at home with her, while the rest of my family goes to my in-laws. I made her some chicken soup.
We are not doing a Thanksgiving meal this year, we just enjoyed spending time as a family and eating a pot roast.
