    seldom have time for lunch......work thru lunch or a different time every day.

    try to keep a schedual as far as meals go. My main meal of the day is lunch. I eat light for breakfast and dinner

    Eat breakfast around 5:30 a, so by 11:30a-12:00p, my tummy is ready for lunch

    I usually eat anywhere from 11:30-12:30, I wake up late so lunch is really breakfast :)
