How are you keeping cool this summer?

It’s the dog days of summer. If it’s hot where you are, how are you coping with the heat?

Staying inside an airconditioned building (50.5%)

Going to the pool (23.8%)

Drinking cold drinks & eating cold foods (16.0%)

The heat doesn't bother me (7.1%)

It isn't hot here (2.7%)

    So far it has not been hot here. When it is, we are in the pool!

    Living in Florida we are used to the hot summers (expected) and although we enjoy activities outside such as walking and bike riding, we do tend to escape back into the air conditioning as much as possible. Our summer began early and the forecast is for a very long hot summer so I expect we will have the air on and be spending longer than normal inside. But when the winter comes - it is all outside baby!!!

    After such a bitter winter you will not hear me complain about the heat even though I don't have a/c in my house. We could sure use some rain though............

    We're going through a heat wave but I'll take hot weather over cold any day!

    I have a little water baby, she loves the pool. We have actually had a lot of rainy weather this summer but when it is sunny and warm out, we hit the pool for sure!

    where I have some health problems I stay in an air conditioned area as much as posible

    I love air-conditioning! I don't mind being out in the heat to enjoy outdoor activities, but I don't think I could survive if I didn't get to come back in the AC afterwards!

    I will take the hot weather over the cold too.I do not like cold weather.We have the AC goin alot more.It has been in the high 90's almost all week..It doesnt stop my children and I from goin outside though.We love being in the sun.If we get to hot we come right back in to enjoy the nice cold house.
