Water is one of our world’s most precious resources. Personally, water helps us stay healthy and feel and look our best. Around the world, contaminated drinking water leads to uncountable deaths; one-in-eight people does not have access to clean drinking water. Thus, preserving and conserving water is a cause that means a lot to many of us.

Fruits and vegetables - besides being good sources of vitamins, minerals and fiber - contain lots of water. For example, oranges are 87 percent water, and cucumbers are 95 percent water. Milk, juice and other beverages also have large amounts of water. Conversely, dried fruits, nuts, grain products and baked goods generally contain less water.
I workout a lot, so I am constantly drinking water to stay hydrated.
Our bodies, and food content consist of water...the world revolves around water; our most precious resource. It needs protected, just like we would care for a child.
I am always concerned about what is in the water and foods I eat. I read so much on line about all the unhealthy things found in our water and foods through testing.
I think the body and brain needs water.
I keep a bottle of of water close by at all times my medicine keeps me thirsty.
i am scared of what they put in drinking water... are there any regulations on bottled water?
I take a bottle of water with me everywhere i possibly can! Keeping hydrated through out the day is important
i drink water as much as possible. i just feel run down and lousey if i dont, especially now in the winter.
