How happy are you with your mobile phone service provider?

Almost everyone has a mobile phone these days, and we wonder how we ever got along without them!  While we love having mobile phones, we don’t always love our mobile phone service provider.  Dropped calls, unexpected charges or poor customer service could be the problem, and sometimes it’s hard to switch providers.

Are you happy with your mobile phone service provider?  If not, what are you unhappy about?

Very happy (40.4%)

Ok, but could be better (46.9%)

Unhappy, I would switch if I could (12.7%)

I have T-Mobile, the Pay-as-You-Go plan, and it is the BEST!!! NO dropped calls, VERY good prices, I got a fine free Motorola phone, and their Customer Service is fabulous. I'll never change...

I use ATT. I have used them for years. 13 years to be exact. Never had a problem with them. I wish they would offer free internet on my phone. That would be great.

My friends and I have Sprint and it sucks. Droped calls, dead zones, calls that don't ring thru and text messages that never make it. On top of everything it's very expensive and the phones don't hold their charge. Don't waste your money, time or effort on Sprint.

I have Sprint and it doesn't work in my house. I pay a little over a hundred dollars a month for unlimited calling and I have to use the phone in one corner of my house. Anyone have any other suggestions?
