I crave protein after working out. My favorite is a fruity yogurt smoothie with soy protein powder after working hard.

I do seek out drinks that replenish electrolytes since I am a divorced mom and have to do alot on my own
My preference is ice cold water first, followed by a low cal electrolyte replenisher
I just usually go for water. Just plain old regular water:)
I always grab a bottle of water after a workout because it is what I crave. I have never tried to drink anything else afterwards.
I like a product to quench my thirsty & give me vitamins/energy boost.
i like to have some water with rasberrys or starwberries! it is soooooooooooooooooo good! i make the water before i work out that way the flavor from the fruit will really be in the water when im done with my workout! its good for you and it tastes good and no bad sugars!
I drink a bottle of water after working out, but then crave a low-cal electrolyte refreshment or something with vitamins. I'm constantly on the move so I have to make sure I keep healthy and hydrated.
Glass of water for me (no bottles). Sometimes I add a bit of lemon or lime juice.
