    I think eating "comfort food" while being comforted by family and/or friends is a wonderful combination!

    Snuggling or playing with my dogs. They are excellent listeners......and non-judgemental. :)

    I use exercising, eating (contradictory I know) and talking to friends. It varies depending on the level of stress...

    I clean! I know it's crazy, but the more stress I have the cleaner my house gets.

    When I have stress I just like to talk to friends and read on the websites because other members usually have the same problems.

    My first choice is meditation or prayer then I go talk with family or friends. I like to think things through myself before letting it come out my mouth.
