Finally can enjoy salads more often! My husband got a big bag of lettuce for my salads! The bag never lasts. I was able to fill my large FreshWorks container with lettuce and even after a week it was still fresh while the rest that was still in the bag had turned brown. I refuse to eat bad lettuce! The same happened with my blueberries! They lasted well over a week....but I at them all so I am not sure whether or not they would have made it even longer! Surprisingly Helpful I know the importance of letting your produce breathe and keeping it away from moisture. It's why I always put a paper towel in my bags of lettuce-it usually gave me a few extra days before I had slimy romaine. I put a batch of strawberries in one of my containers before heading out of town. They were already on the verge of going back, so I assumed I'd be tossing them as soon as I got home from my trip six days later.
