These were bigger than I expected but I am pleased with how well they stayed put in my clothes. They did not move around once placed so they kept me dry and protected from leaks and stains. I was also happy that they could not be seen in my clothing so I felt confident in more areas than one using these. I am glad I got to try them free to review because now I won't use anything else.

I received a complimentary package of Always long bladder pads. very good product. I happened to have the flu when they arrived and used one before I went to bed. the next morning before I got out of bed I had a terrible coughing fit. It lasted 3-4 minutes, a cough that would not stop. so, needless to say I had bladder leakage. all of my bladder! I could not move with the coughing. finally it subsided, and honestly, the pad did not leak at all. with my whole bladder leaking onto it. I am very impressed with this product. and the fragrance is very nice . not overpowering. very happy with these always pads.

The product that I received from She Speaks is great. Very absorbant and never leaked. I would prefer an hour glass shape for comfort and the pads were a bit long, as I was worried about them being seen under my clothing. I am very happy otherwise with the pads.

I reviewed a free sample of Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads for my honest review from She Speaks. First I have to say I was very surprised to get a whole package to try, not just one or two. Upon opening the package, I noticed that they were individually wrapped which I liked. They had a light sent that keeps you smelling fresh all day. They are much longer and thicker than I expected. Looking at it I didn't think it would be comfortable to wear. At first it felt alittle different because of the length, but after getting dressed and going about my day I forgot that I was wearing it. I defenetly think this is a good product, it absorbed well and great for overnight. Just right for milder bladder problems with no irratitation!
