I suffer from hyper-hydrosis which mainly affecting my underarm area. When this first came out, I tried it and immediately saw results. It has only been this year that it has begun to feel not as effective. I am not certain if there has been an ingredient change or if it could be from coming off of some of my medications? Directions suggest applying it at night which I highly recommend as well. You should then be able to use regular antiperspirant in the morning, but I find that I had to use this both morning and night to be effective. This made it go a lot faster and it is incredibly expensive compared to some of the other antiperspirants that offer 19% or (1% less) of the same active ingredient that is suppose to decrease sweating. I still recommend it if you have to keep yourself presentable on a daily basis and it's the only thing that works for you. The only other issue is that it causes staining on clothing and even if you wash your clothes, the underarms become stiff and caked on with this stuff. You may have to buy new shirts often or find a really harsh detergent to remove this.

I switch to this during the summer months. I sweat like crazy during the heat. I live in Oklahoma so, it's hot a lot! I have had great luck with this product. I have yet to have break through sweat or odor when using Clinical.

Best deodorant for extreme sweaters. Does the trick and it works all day for me!!

Love this stuff! The only deodorant that I do not have to reapply to get full all day coverage. Really works for me.

I sweat a lot and this is the best I have found that is over the counter. In the winter I switch to something different that is cheaper because it does cost a lot of money, but with it already getting so hot this year I am going to have to switch back soon. It didn't keep me completely dry, but the wetness under my arms and on my shirts was less than if I used normal deodorants. If it was a bit stronger and a little cheaper it would be a 5 Star review no doubt!

Works great, but very expensive. You sure don't get much in the container for the cost. It works very good, but so does regular Secret. Probably won't buy again.

I have overactive sweat glands and live in a very humid climate. This is the only product I have found that really does help keep me dry. Without my Secret Clinical Strength I am not sure I would ever feel fresh or ladylike.

I have been pretty happy with this product - I am applying it both before bed and in the morning, as directed, and having pretty good results. Over time I usually feel like I have to switch up brands as they seems to get less effective, but I have been using this for a few months without much of a change. A bit more than I would like to spend, but I can often find sales / coupons!

for clinical strength, it doesn't work as well as i would have hoped. i've used regular deodorants that work far better.

Good product but it tends to cling for a long time.

Not as strong as you would think considering they refer to it as clinical strength. The amount you get is NOT worth the price!
