After wishing and waiting for over 30 years,I FINALLY got to purchase the artisan mixer in silver last weekend. Not one hour after i got home with it,I had it running :) I LOVE it!!!! The weight is wonderful to keep it still and quiet;I was able to put the ingredients in without spillage{thanks to the nifty splatter resistant guide that lays on top of the bowl},and walked away! It makes perfect whipped cream in about a minute, all without having to scrape the side of the bowl like i had to with another mixer. this piece of equipment is worth every penny to me and i plan to have Kitchenaid in my home for the rest of my life :)

I can't wait to purchase a kitchen aide mixer. My sister got one for her wedding, and she loves it. I do too. I have borrowed it on a few occasions, and it is a life saver for our cookie baking marathon that we have each christmas. I did by a cheaper stand mixer, but it was not good. I burnt up the motor on my first use. As soon as I save enough money, I will own my own.

I love my new Kitchenaid Artisan mixer! My husband gave it to me for Christmas. I've always wanted one and now have a nice new red mixer sitting on my counter. I have used the bread hook many times. It's so easy now to make home made bread. I won't be using my bread machine any longer. I use my mixer at least twice a week.....love to be able to walk away while it's working! It's a great, high quality machine and I would highly recommend.

I've had mine for about 10 years - it's a great mixer and has stood the test of time. Sure it's a little bulky, but it does the job way better than the cheap hand mixers.

It took me years to spend the money on one of these, and now I LOVE it! I even make all my own bread form scratch now, the bread machine is just collecting dust!

I absolutely LOVE my KitchenAid mixer!!! I had one years ago but "lost it in the divorce" and my new husband bought me my current one for an anniversary gift (my request!). I use it ALL the time for everything from cookies to cakes to whipped potatoes.

My elderly neighbor gave me this mixer because she is unable to bake anymore. I love it and it's great for mixing anything from cookie dough to whipped potatoes.

Best mixer you will ever buy! They are a little pricey but if you shop around you can always get a good deal. I bought my artisan in ice blue so it was a special order. I went to Bed Bath and Beyond with my 20% off coupon when it happened to have a special $30 mail in rebate and a free 1 year subscription to Food and Wine magazine. They had it shipped right to my house with free shipping. I also have quite a few attachments for it like the ice cream mixing bowl, food grinder, pasta press, and the 3 attachments that come with it. It is worth every penny.

My mom gave me her KitchenAid mixer. She had it for about 10 years before she gave it to me and now I have had it for 2 and I love it!

I have a red KitchenAid mixer which is the star of my kitchen. I am not a kitchen gadget person so any "tool" has to be the best and indispensable. I have never had a problem with my mixer which in car terms has probably gone over the 100,000 mile mark. I use it for all kinds of baking and whipping. It has never let me down! I wish everything in life were this dependable.

Love Love Love my Kitchenaid. I make so many more things now that I have this and don't have to have a Popeye arm to mix recipes!
