I received a sample of Always Discreet to try and I was really surprised. When I first saw the pads they looked GIANT. I was like, no way, I'm not wearing those. But I said I would test them out so I did. I was surprised by a few things - First, they looked big, but they felt really comfortable. Once I had it on, I hardly knew it was there. Seriously! Second, the odor protection really worked. I have tried other pads before, and this is the first time I thought I actually was protected. Third, honestly, I just like that I can buy the Always brand. Then people in the store don't know that I'm buying bladder protection. They can think I'm buying maxi-pads, and I'm okay with that. I will definitely buy these. I might choose a smaller size, because I think they were a little too big for my needs, but I think I was buying too small ones before because I thought they would be bulky. I would definitely recommend them to friends as well.

I am very impressed with the discreet and slim design and packaging. Perfect for the purse and packing for travel. The side design feature of the pad is comfortable, absorbent without bulkiness, and helps to eliminate side leakage, especially overnight. Bladder leakage is no fun, and the slip and slide of the pad only adds to the problem. The Always discreet pad stays securely in place. The long pads are exactly that- long. I love Always products and have used many of them for most of my life. The Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads were fantastic to try! Like many Always products I absolutely LOVE the "fresh scent" and Always is the only company that has this fresh scent versus the baby powder scent that others use that I cannot handle because I don't want to smell like a baby. I gave some of these to my mom to try and now she prefers these. They were quite large for me but I have bought the regular size instead because of the quality. I received these Always discreet pads free from She Speaks in order to give an unbiased review! I usually use another incontinence pad. These were the really long ones ultimate 27 per package. They were really too long for me. It felt like you could see them from behind me. They were also not quite as absorbent as the thicker ones I was used to. I would probably buy them again but I would get a shorter length and a thicker pad.

I thought this was a very well made product, it was discreet and I found it comfortable to wear. The pads were very well designed. I actually prefer my pads without wings, I find the elastic more comfortable. The only change I would make is an unscented pad as I do not like perfumes. These are, by far, the best incontinent pads on the market! (Because I've used them all) The scent of the pads is a very nice addition because it makes me feel even more confident. The sides all around the pad are ruffled and raised, keeping urine from getting on your underwear. This was very important to me in a pad. Even though they are a thin pad, they hold more liquid than the thicker ones. I tried these expecting them to be just like all the other incontinent items but I'm so ecstatic about the result that I plan on buying nothing but Always! I was surprised - it's different than a pantiliner or a pad, to be sure. It wasn't bulky or uncomfortable, and no one could tell I was wearing one. It was absorbent and worked great. At first I was worried when I unwrapped the pad that it would be uncomfortable because it looked bulky. But in conforms to the shape of your body and fits comfortably!
