This was a hit! I absolutely loved that it was ready in 45 seconds- as promised! My 6 year old son ate every single bite. My kids can be very picky- I am surprised that this went over well with him especially when I know it could be hit or miss! I did sprinkle a very little bit o salt - the smallest amount- on this dish after tasting it for "quality control". Also very saucy. It requires quite a bit of muscle to get the film off, nothing major- I thought this was a good thing.

My son has Asperger's Syndrome and is an extremely picky eater. He loves it! I will definitely buy more. It's nice to have a nutritious alternative for him that's quick and easy.
