I like that it can get kids involved. Since kids dont seem to run and play like when I was a kid, when parents get moving at home bored kids tend to join in.

A very fun game, I only wish that the fitness games were a little more in depth or challenging.

This is a good fun way to lose weight or stay in shape. All kinds of activities for all levels.

i love this game and so do kids! we have a lot game but this is my kids fav. and they still ever weekend.

Great product to stay in shape but I'm always afraid I'm gonna throw the remote

I am giving this 3/5 stars because I am a serious athlete and I think this product is geared more toward a beginner or someone who is looking to start getting healthy as opposed to someone who exercises rigorously every week. There are lots of fun games such as hula hoop, and it does allow you to track your weight and note progress.

love the wii fit its fun while exercising and I love that it sets goals and tracks it.

Its a good tracker for your weight. Make sure the board is on a flat hard surface. It isnt as accurate when weighing you on a fluffy carpet.

I've owned the Wii Fit for a few years and it is fun when the kids want to use it with me. They've lost interest and I only really use it as a scale so I can track my weight on a graph, which is really handy to have!! I plan on using it more once the kids are back at school.

I dont really have time to go to the gym so all I do is hpok up the wii fit and wallah, I've lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I love it.

Its fun for all the family but not a great workout routine.

Fun for all

I have been on the Wii fit bandwagon since the beginning. I love it still to this day. The best part about it is that it tracks your weight and gives you progress reports. I think it's wonderful that Nintendo found a way to make exercising fun and more like a game than a workout. So many kids are into video games and overweight, this is one video game that kids and parents will love and may help everyone get in better shape. Like others have said you do have to dedicate time to it if you really want to get into shape and lose weight, but that's like anything else right?

I've had the Wii Fit for years. I don't use it very often, but i learned alot of different yoga moves from it. It's more of a game than a fitness program, so if you are looking for a way to get and stay fit, it might not be the best thing for you. It can be a lot of fun though.

WII Fit is always fun as a family activity. It is also an awesome workout. I also love that you can weigh your dog and track their weight along with the family.
