The customer service can be better. There are 30 lanes, but there are only 3 open at a time. There is no uniformity among the employees. I can't tell the difference between an employee or a regular shopper. Store managers do not have a general interest in customer complaints. None of the services that are advertised are ever available. For example, the Money Machine, which allows you to get money orders, and more, has not worked in my area for months. And I've driven to multiple Wal-Mart locations

Love the prices. Don't care for staff, not the friendliest. Store could be cleaner. Produce and meats could definitely be better. I don't buy those there.

Sometimes Walmart has friendly and reliable help and sometimes they do not. I usually go between the one in Huber Heights,Ohio and the one in Dayton,Ohio on Miller Lane and the one in Huber has given me 50/50 where I have called and asked questions before traveling to find out they do not have it and employees making you fee like you are bothering them and it makes you feel unwelcome and today I went into the Miller Lane one and the cashier was so snotty and rude, she made me feel like I never wanted to come in there again! During Christmas time I went to do the HP warm your walls photos and they did not have my stuff done on time and the service was so rude I am surprised they are still in business! I think they need cashiers with cameras on them to see how they act so it is not your word against theirs. Overall, I only shop at Walmart when I have to because of the uncomfortable rudness you experience from some of these people.

I use to love to shop at Wal-Mart, but lately its not worth it. There is never enough employees. The employees are rude and don't want to help you anymore. I only go if I have to! I do alot of my shopping online now.

at my store it is almost impossable to find a line to check out in other than self checkout, and the new tiled floors make the basket shake so much im almost afraid to put my child in the cart.

I am not a fan of Walmart at all. They are not always the cheapest, and they treat their employees poorly. The stores are not always clean, very disorganized. I have had times when I have had to shop there because I am from a small town and there are no other places to get something they have. I also hate waiting 300 years to check out at the only 2 open checkouts of 20 that are available.

Walmart is Ok for me. I find their quality is often equal to their competitors, even on items that you think are the same. I also never buy fresh produce at my store. I do find grocery shopping is less expensive at Wal-Mart and it is nice to go to one place for everything. I go but it is never my favorite store.

I have worked them and shopped at their stores. They have good prices but you do get what you pay for. The stuff doesn't last all that long. A lot of stores are now in competition with the price match. I would not go here unless necessary, meaning on a budget or in a hurry. The employees always look miserable and affects the customer service which happens to be on the downside.

I go there when needed, not by choice. Every time I have to shop at Walmart, there are never enough registers open. I never really receive any "happy" customer service. I will shop here for the quick "Oh! My kid needs a plain white shirt for a school event" but it is not my first choice.

One quality Walmart store I have only been in one Walmart that I can say was an enjoyable experience. The employees were helpful, and the store was tidy and spacious. Most Walmart stores I have found lacking in these areas.

Walmart gone wrong Walmart is a hard store to believe they pay there workers almost nothing and work them to death. Walmart as also stopped price matching. Two strikes. Walmart does have the saving catchers, you might make 2 dollars from your trip. There prices are not the cheapest. Good luck
