Wow, ZERO Complaints From Teenage Daughters! When either one of my girls start to complain about feeling a sore throat or start to feel a little sluggish, I mix it with cold water and add a bit of apple juice (for some reason when they get sick, they no longer ask to be "independent" and don't remind me that they are "no longer little kids") and both chug it right down with zero complaints (anyone with teen girls know what a miracle this can be, wink, wink)! My oldest daughter has high functioning autism and gags when she tastes anything that has a strong vitamin taste and the taste of this doesn't bother her, she will actually request this when she starts to feel sick. With my husband and I being public school teachers we cannot take time off from work (we have to be in our classroom and cannot teach via distance learning from home) so this is definitely a staple product in our house especially during the school year! (Although it is safe, as with any vitamin supplement, just make sure to ask your pediatrician before use).

my daughter loved it as well. the only thing is trying to get it mixed without it squirting out of the sippy cup

My son didn't seem to enjoy the fizz as much as I did. So, I ended up finishing the samples, but from a mom's perspective, VERY TASTY! :)

I LOVE Emergen-C and have used it for about 10 years. During that time, I have only contracted one cold. I used the Bone Health Emergen-C after dental surgery, as I had to have bone transplants as I prepare for dental implants. My dentist stated the transplants were taking nearly twice as fast as he expected and he was shocked at how quickly I healed. I also drink Bone Health Emergen-C daily to help with my Rheumatoid Arthritis symptoms. For me, this product has been life-altering and I couldn't live without it!

Sticking it in watered down orange juice really helps. Also if its chalky tasting that can happen when its sitting too long.

I am a big fan of the Emergen-C Lite. My daughter just started preschool this year and she is always coming home with a runny nose. I give her a few days of the Emergen-C and she clears right up. She also loves the taste we have the grape. She thinks its a treat! We are loving it!

We have used Emergen-C products for the past 12 years. They are a wonderful addition to our health plan. I first began taking it to help give me energy through labor and delivery. I was convinced of the usefulness of this product from the very first time I used it. I have now used it for all six of my pregnancies, deliveries, and through out the year. All my children use the Kidz vitamin packets. Some of my children use it in just water, and for the others I usually mix it into half water and half juice. I have used all the Emergence-C brand products and highly recomend them.
