Good for relaxed hair near a touch up time. It warms up fast and has a good temp.

I tried this and I love it. I think its better to spend a little money on a good product that is good for your hair especially when it comes to a flat iron because they get extremely hot and its good to have that protective barrier on it.

Works well but I think it's over rated. Ihave cheaper flat Irons that I prefer over it anyway.

Love it! Works great. i wish they could make it bigger though. I have a lot of hair so it takes forever for me to straighten.

loved the idea of being able to curl my hair with it and it being simple...so i bought one spending over 200 on it ... it later had a short in the cord which i read was typical...of course after warranty...bought a new flat iron for 30 at winners...love it and it does the same thing this chi does

My hair is naturally wavy and when I use the Chi, it really gets the job done! It doesn't pull my hair, it's very easy to use.

I miss this product my mom use to have it, and I well steal it from her and use it. But very pricey.

So worth the money!! I still can't believe this thing can straighten my hair when it's completely dry, naturally curly in like 10 minutes. And I love how the products smell...so good!

I couldn't live without my Chi if I wanted to. I have really thick hair and live in the South. The weather is hot and humid all the times. The Chi gets my hair bone straight with a good heat protector. Love my Chi

I love my CHI. Works well when I use it. Its not an everyday tool like my hair dryer so I think it will last quite a while.

Chi can be a tad pricey but absolutely worth it. I have both the one & two inch and have never had a problem with either one. They heat up well and fast. Leaves my hair sleek, straight with out burning my hair. I do not trust any other flat iorn on my hair.
