Initially, I was concerned about the scent, but, actually it was a light, pleasant floral scent. Not strong or noticeable. It adhered securely and didn't move or shift around when wearing. Absorbed very well-kept dampness away from skin. Wasn't noticeable through clothing like some of the "diaper" style undergarments. Takes care of a serious situation in a feminine, unobtrusive manner. I have been wearing Panty Liners for many years but after a surgery in 2009, I started wearing Poise Pads due to slight bladder leakage.
