The product that I received from She Speaks is great. Very absorbant and never leaked. I would prefer an hour glass shape for comfort and the pads were a bit long, as I was worried about them being seen under my clothing. I am very happy otherwise with the pads.

I tried the Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads and overall I like them. I like that they absorbed leaks quickly and kept feeling dry, the light scent and odor neutralizing feature eases my worry about embarrassing, noticeable odor, and their thinness feels much more comfortable than other thick pads I've tried. The length of the long variety works fine for me to wear overnight, but they are a bit too long for day use for me because they feel noticeable under clothing I wear during the day. So I think the regular size would be a better fit for me for day-time use. I'd recommend these to anyone in need of a quality long length pad. These long overnight pads are great for surprise leaks and super-heavy flow periods. They are longer, wider, and slightly thinner than maternity-sized maxi pads, so there's more coverage and less bulk. They are rather large on my small frame. I wouldn't normally wear these out in public, unless I'm wearing bulky sweats or loose pants and running errands. They are definitely awesome for bedtime or at home use. I wore one every time I went to the gym to work out, because I always leak a LOT when I exercise. My pants stayed dry, and there was absolutely no embarrassing odor (which I always worry about, especially when I'm using the bike!) In regards to helping with leaks, the product is amazing. But I find it to be entirely too long and wide. I had to wear a long shirt to cover my behind when wearing my exercise pants, because my teenage daughter said the pad shape was very clearly visible. When I would remove the pad, it was pinched in the middle where my thighs come together. Making it thinner in the middle and wider on either end would be better, more of a definite hourglass shape. Otherwise I loved the product and would buy it if changes are made.

I received a complimentary package of Always long bladder pads. very good product. I happened to have the flu when they arrived and used one before I went to bed. the next morning before I got out of bed I had a terrible coughing fit. It lasted 3-4 minutes, a cough that would not stop. so, needless to say I had bladder leakage. all of my bladder! I could not move with the coughing. finally it subsided, and honestly, the pad did not leak at all. with my whole bladder leaking onto it. I am very impressed with this product. and the fragrance is very nice . not overpowering. very happy with these always pads.

I received from She Speaks a sample of always Discreet Pads to review. They were the long version. Long is an understatement. They were so long I couldn't believe it. I'm used to using Poise Pads Long which are normal. This product size was huge. I tried it several times but it was very uncomfortable. I felt like I was sitting on a diaper. The fragrance was fine though. I hope to never have to use something that is this big.
