These were great! I grilled them and we had them on rolls and they were delicious. They weren't too hot, and had wonderful flavor! Plus I was able to cut up the left overs and put them in sauce the next night to have over pasta.

Hubby loves them fried up with onions for a quick, warm meal

Love the hot italian sausage. I made meatloaf using 1/2 sausage and 1/2 ground beef. The sausage added great flavor. I like spicy food and I would actually like a little more kick.

These have always been a hit at my house. I always keep them on hand for cookouts and for chili or other dishes. They make an extraordinary meal everyone loves.

I used the hot sausage links in homemade marinara sauce. I, truthfully, am not a fan of hot sausages but the rest of the family loved them in the sauce and requested it be made that way from now on. They did add a nice flavor to my homemade sauce so I have to agree with the comments of my family and I will buy them again and, perhaps, try them in another pasta recipe I have that calls for sweet sausage just to add a little kick.

Love, love, love the hot sausage. Hot and spicy but not so hot that you can't enjoy them. Makes lasagna, baked ziti and sausage and peppers pop!
